Property Manager
Job Description
Neighborhood Solutions, Inc. buys, leases and
sells properties in the Tampa Bay Area. The company currently operates
in Pinellas, Hillsborough, Pasco and Polk Counties. The following
responsibilities include but may not be limited to:

Receive incoming calls on houses for sale and
capture all buyer information to be entered into the company’s
database.

Follow up on all calls received.
|
 |
Meet Real Estate Agents and Appraisers for
Interior Inspections.
|
 |
Maintain and update Regularly/Weekly the
company’s website and other marketing media.
|
 |
Manage contractors and trades people.
|
 |
Manage communication with Mortgage Brokers.
|
 |
Handle purchase contracts and attend Closings
for all sales.
|
 |
Monitor all properties weekly and place signs
in the neighborhood. This includes being able to drive to all
locations in Pinellas, Pasco, Polk and Hillsborough Counties as
needed.

 |
Other responsibilities as needed.
|
This is a straight
commission based position.
